OC Media is a social-cause and political driven marketing firm providing public education, marketing and advertising agency services. Rosalina Cardenas is the founder and President of OC Media. Our capabilities include research design and implementation, creative development and production (Spanish), media planning and placement, marketing plan development, community outreach and promotions. Our primary focus is on developing effective marketing and media campaigns for our clients utilizing both traditional and innovative methods. We believe in including a grass-roots community outreach component in every marketing program, as well as fostering cross-promotional partner relationships with non-profit and community-based organizations, local media outlets, and other advertisers in order to maximize our client’s message. Each member of the OC Media team is fully bilingual and bicultural, and experienced in working with both Spanish- and English-speaking stakeholders.
